Spool Valve Test Stand
Designed for production testing of multiple spool skid steer loaders valves, this test stand is capable of testing a wide range of mobile control valves with only minor changes in adapters and mounting plates. The instrumentation and control system incorporated in this stand combines an embedded real time controller, the time tested REN 9025 system, for the actual operation of the hydraulic and mechanical system with a man-machine interface computer running under Windows 2000, to provide the command sequences. The result is a flexible, graphical user interface which reduces operator skill requirements and is readily modified for changes in product specifications or configuration. This is combined with a machine control system that is stable, reliable and equipped with the necessary watchdog safety features demanded by the manufacturing environment.
