Gear Pump Test Stand
Size and power are no problem when it comes ot REN CORPORATION test equipment. The test stand shown here was designed for testing large gear pumps including multiple pumps of up to 500 HP input. The drive train is mounted on slides which move it forward toward the operator to facilitate loading and unloading. To make connecting large diameter inlet and outlet hoses easier, the unit may be moved rearward as each connection is made.
With the start of testing, the sliding doors are closed automatically to protect the operator. Door seals and a gasketed slot for the integral chain hoist reduce noise.
