Directional Valve Test Stand
This Directional Valve Stand has the production testing capability necessary for rapid throughput and testing valve accuracy for mobile applications. The testing method is based on automatically configuring the test stand with the press of a single button. The operator need only select the mode, then operate the valve, and the test results are displayed and recorded.

controllers provide machine operators with a number of tools to facilitate
their tasks. Machines may be operated in a fly-by-wire mode which appears
to the operator to be manual control. They may also be run in a fully
automatic mode without operator intervention. When operator adjustment
is required, the relevant variable is displayed as a vertical bar graph
with the limits of permitted adjustment clearly indicated on the display.
The bar is updated in real time providing an easy to read analog output
in addition to the digital display.
The graphics display capability is also used to show hydraulic circuit diagrams with pressure, temperature and flow readings adjacent to components.
All REN test stands provide data links to remote computers for downloading test results and off-line entry of test procedures and performance criteria.
